A new full trailer for Darren Lynn Bousman’s (Saw II, III, IV) ambitious horror musical Repo! The Genetic Opera is now online. Bill Moseley, Paul Sorvino, Paris Hilton, Alexa Vega and Anthony Head star in the flick where a worldwide epidemic encourages a biotech company to launch an organ-financing program, similar in nature to a standard car loan.
