Judd Apatow Joins Funnyordie.com

The Will Ferrell and Adam McKay brainchild, Funny or Die, has just brought Judd Apatow (Knocked Up, The 40 Year Old Virgin) into the mix. The site took off with a series of shorts featuring McKay’s daughter, Pearl, as Ferrell’s landlord, but other than a few vids featuring the baby bad mouthing Ferrell the site hasn’t really offered up that much in the way of good exclusives. Most of the other entertaining bits the site features can be found on about half a dozen other video sites.

The duo has now addressed this issue by bringing comedic genius Judd Apatow on board to develop some shorts for the site, the first one being ‘The Announcement’ of Apatow’s arrival, where he pitches some of his ideas to Ferrell and McKay.
