Jay and Seth Deal with the Apocalypse

Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel are about to face the Apocalypse, as the Undeclared and Knocked Up stars are bringing their internet short, Jay and Seth vs. the Apocalypse to the bigscreen for Mandate Pictures.

The Hollywood Reporter says the story revolves around two guys who, with the end the world unfolding and the planet invaded by monsters, are ready to kill each other after being cooped up together for too long.

Evan Goldberg and Jason Stone came up with the story, adding into the mix Rogen and Baruchel, with Stone directing a short trailer for it last year in the hopes that the concept could one day be turned into a movie.

Rogen and Goldberg will write the comedy, which hopes to start filming next year. You can check out the trailer that started everything below.
