Moviefone has debuted the trailer for The Ugly Truth and you can check it out using the player below. The film, from director Robert Luketic (21, Legally Blonde), stars Katherine Heigl, Gerard Butler, Cheryl Hines, Bree Turner, Nate Corddry, Eric Winter and Bonnie Somerville.

The romantic comedy centers on a romantically challenged morning show producer (Heigl) who is reluctantly mixed up in a series of outrageous tests by her chauvinistic correspondent (Butler) to prove his theories on relationships and help her find love.

It hits theaters April 3, 2009.
